Hello and welcome to this morning clarity and positivity meditation.
Thank you for joining me this morning.
As you wake up to a new day take this time to align your mind,
Your body and your heart with a sense of calm,
Confidence and gratitude.
Find yourself a comfortable position,
Sitting or lying down,
Whichever is the most comfortable for you.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in,
Hold it for a moment and slowly exhale.
Just allow yourself to settle into this present moment,
Free from distractions,
Open to peace.
Now shift your focus to your breath,
Feel the cool air entering your nostrils and the warmth as you exhale.
Inhale deeply,
Filling your lungs with fresh vitality and energy.
Exhale completely,
Letting go of tension and all resistance.
With each breath,
Imagine golden morning light from the sun filling your body,
Awakening every cell within you.
Let this light soften your shoulders,
Relax your jaw and release any tension in your body.
You are here,
You are present,
You are ready to receive the gift of the day ahead.
Now,
Silently or aloud if you prefer,
Repeat the following affirmations.
I welcome this new day with peace and gratitude.
I am grounded,
Focused and open to opportunities.
I trust myself and I trust the path that I am walking.
I radiate confidence,
Kindness and strength.
Today I choose joy,
Balance and clarity.
Feel these words settling in with you,
Like gentle ripples across a still peaceful lake.
You are shaping your energy for today,
For the day ahead.
If your mind wanders,
It's okay,
Just gently return to your breath and the warmth of this moment.
Now,
Imagine yourself standing on a peaceful mountaintop,
Bathed in a soft golden light of the beautiful rising sun.
The air is fresh,
Crisp and energizing.
You feel strong,
You feel calm and you feel deeply,
Deeply connected to yourself.
As the sunlight touches your skin,
It fills you with confidence,
It fills you with purpose.
Any doubts or stress from yesterday or the past just dissolve like mist in the morning sun.
You stand tall,
You feel light,
Clear and fully,
Deeply present in the now,
In this very moment.
Now step forward into your day,
Carrying this feeling of clarity and calm with you.
Bring your awareness back to your breath,
Inhale deeply and exhale slowly.
Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,
Reawakening your body.
Waking it up for the beautiful day ahead.
Feel deeply the peace and the strength you have cultivated within yourself.
Now,
When you are ready,
Softly open your eyes,
Carry this sense of calm and confidence into this brand new day.
