Welcome to “Unhook from Overthinking: 3 Days to Mental Clarity.” This three-day course is designed to help you gently step out of looping thoughts rumination and mental clutter, so you can regain a sense of calm and clear-mindedness. Over the next three sessions, we’ll explore how to observe your mind without getting entangled, how to interrupt unhelpful thought loops by redirecting your focus, and how to create space for inner stillness where insight can arise naturally. The tone of our journey will blend poetic imagery with down-to-earth guidance. Whether you’re dealing with relentless overthinking, mental clutter, or decision fatigue, these practices will offer tools to ease your mind and restore clarity. Each day’s session will run about 20 minutes and include three parts: a -reflective teaching-, -a guided meditation-, and a set of -journaling prompts for you to integrate the experience.


Meet your Teacher

Mark Rowland is a meditation guide, sound healer, and creator of grounded, heartfelt practices that help people reconnect with calm and clarity. Having overcome his own struggles with anxiety and persistent overthinking, Mark blends personal insight with l training in a variety of meditation method..including mindfulness, breathwork, and body-based awareness. His approach is gentle yet effective, rooted in lived experience and a deep understanding of how it feels to navigate mental health challenges. This course is born from his passion to help others stop ruminating, find inner stillness, and build a kinder relationship with their thoughts.

In Day 2, you’ll learn how to gently interrupt the cycle of overthinking by using simple, effective anchors—like your breath or a calming phrase. Mark guides you through the process of redirecting attention without force or frustration, helping you build a kinder, steadier relationship with your mind. Through reflection and meditation, you’ll explore how to create mental space in the moment and discover how even a single breath can shift your perspective.
