Liz Scott is a Wellbeing Coach, former BBC reporter, and a passionate advocate for community mental health. At the core of everything she does is a deep commitment to listening—not just as a skill, but as a way of truly connecting. Guided by the Inside-Out understanding (the Three Principles), Liz supports individuals and educators in rediscovering their innate resilience and wellbeing. Her coaching creates space for transformative insights and powerful inner shifts, rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to thrive. Liz draws spiritual inspiration from nature, which grounds and nourishes her work.
