These celebrations can come with a lot of pressure and stress. I want to help you to take some of that pressure off and to be able to show up as the most regulated, grounded version of you. We'll cover social anxieties, heavy emotions, family stress, and more. Each lesson will explore a different topic where I'll offer my therapeutic knowledge. We'll then practice calming techniques that will leave you feeling peaceful and confident. Come back to this during the year when busy social occasions arise.
