This is your go-to support to prevent stress and chaos from building during busy periods. Christmas, thanksgiving, weddings, summer events, group vacations, big birthdays - I've got you covered. These celebrations can come with a lot of pressure and stress. I want to help you to take some of that pressure off and to be able to show up as the most regulated, grounded version of you. We'll cover social anxieties, heavy emotions, family stress, and more. Each lesson will explore a different topic where I'll offer my therapeutic knowledge. We'll then practice calming techniques that will leave you feeling peaceful and confident. Come back to this during the year when busy social occasions arise.

Take The Pressure Off

Let’s start by taking the pressure off. How much pressure are you putting on yourself as this season or social event builds? We’ll get curious together about how and why you’re putting pressure on. I'll talk you through why we do that and how to step away from this. We’ll set an intention, breathe together, and lift the stress with a powerful visualization.

Family Triggers

A lot of occasions and celebrations will require us to socialize with family members. Sometimes that can be wonderful and sometimes it can bring a lot of triggers. I'll talk you through how to set boundaries and how to re-frame your thoughts. We’ll understand together why family can be so triggering and practice meditation to prepare you ahead of time.

Social Anxiety

With social events can come social anxiety. I’ll talk you through these feelings however big or small. I'll explain the spotlight effect and why we can feel socially anxious. We’ll tap into a beautiful visualisation to ignite your solar plexus in the centre of your body and to help you to feel both protected and confident before you step into any room.

Lesson 4

Emotional Triggers

This practice is all about making space for deeper feelings that may be going on below the surface. Grief, loss, financial worries, food or body issues - again all of these areas can be triggering at this time. I'll talk about why that is and help you to validate your feelings. We’ll practice a gentle heart-based practice to give yourself the emotional support you may need.

Lesson 5

You Deserve To Rest

Whilst the chaos may be building around you, rest and rejuvenation can still be created inside. Even if you’re busy or if others are stressed, this practice is all about creating space for deep rest. Your body will thank you and it will help you to be the most grounded, regulated and vibrant version of yourself on the day. I'll teach you a vagus nerve practice and explain why regulating is so important. Get comfy for this practice, as we'll take it slow and relax the whole body.

Manifest How You Want It To Go

Let’s focus today on manifesting how you want to feel at the event or occasion you’re heading into. We’ll look at the power of visualization and how it affects us. I'll take you through step-by-step so that you can bring this into your reality. Repeat this practice or any of the others so that you can feel as supported as possible.
