Finally Feeling Totally Worthy In Life

With Ruben Bach

Another meditative and healing course guided by Ruben Bach. Many of his students share that they experience great benefits listening to his soft teachings and transmissions. May these sessions also bring peace, trust and a deep feeling of worthiness. It seems to be kind of necessary for us human beings to dive deep into something that is non-personal before we get to know ourselves in our true essence. Repeatedly listening to messages like these is very helpful. During these sessions, Ruben will give you exercises that will help you deepen trust in yourself and in life in general. Each session has a different approach, but they all bring deep relaxation. The first session will be more of an introduction to the truth of our own being. It will show you that something is already very stable in life. In the second session, you will explore questions like: What in life brings about this feeling of unworthiness? In the third session, Ruben will very slowly take you through life and have you 're-enter' experiences in life as a young child and as a teenager. This will be a very slow and soft journey. And in the last session, which will be a short session, you will be able to reset your whole perspective on life within five minutes. Since we're not always able to sit and listen for longer periods of time, this session is created for you to return to more frequently. Ruben warmly welcomes you to share your insights or ask any questions in the classroom.

Meet your Teacher

Ruben Bach is a consciousness trainer and meditation teacher. He provides sessions on various themes that focus on 'living from clarity' and the research into the (loving) essence of our existence. Ruben’s guidance on impermanence, death, and dying is known to be greatly helpful for those who fear death and are in search of ‘Truth’. Additional background information: Volunteer and non-profit projects: Ruben is the founder of The Love Trail As a volunteer, Ruben works for The Living Dying Project Founder and co-creator of the ‘Embracing Death Project’ Ruben’s findings in his own research over the past many years have been woven into the stories and guided meditations of the ‘Embracing Life, Death, And Impermanence’ course. In addition to his work as an ‘awareness trainer’, Ruben is a certified volunteer active in Dale Borglum’s Living/Dying project. Here, Ruben guides people who are directly involved with their imminent death. The Living/Dying Project is a worldwide organization that has been active since the 1970s. It is Ruben's greatest passion to introduce people to the transience of this life. To have them experience that every moment is so incredibly precious. To show that, as it were, all life experiences can be looked at through completely different eyes. Less from a closed ‘state of mind’, more from openness in a spatial manner. Beyond all thoughts, there… somewhere, with no location, Ruben takes you along in great amazement. It is with amazement that he reveals what he likes doing most while apparently being here in this human form.

Lesson 1

What In Life Is Never Affected By Anything?

This session starts with a short overview of the four days to come. During this session, you will get to know each other a little bit better. This will create a safe space from which you can slowly explore the essence of life. The focus during this session will mainly be on exploring the Truth of our own being. It will gradually show you that something is already very stable in life. This will set the stage for the rest of the days, in which the feeling of unworthiness will be investigated.

Lesson 2

Might Feeling Unworthy Dissolve As We Practice?

In this second session, Ruben will take you on a journey in which you can explore what it is that makes you feel unworthy in life. Maybe, at the end of this session, you'll be able to notice that all that you've been thinking in life and believing in has no true value. Of course, everything has its place in life, but might a different scenario be more real and positive for us all? Enjoy another meditative exercise.

Lesson 3

A Circle Of Pure Love

In this third session, you will slowly go back to your childhood memories and, from there, where you're at now. A very intimate journey that might bring about some emotional feelings. You're not alone during this journey. Ruben will be guiding you and helping you stay with your breath from time to time. If somehow you feel it is too much for you, you can always choose to stop, ask a question in the classroom, or return some other time. These practices are all created to make it ever so obvious that something in life is always stable, unaffected, loving, soft, warm, and non-personal.

Lesson 4

A Soft And Profound Reset

This short, five-minute session will help integrate the overall practice shared by Ruben during this course. Created to return to more frequently during daily life. May it help you to reset and connect to the warm, loving and stable essence of life. Please connect with Ruben via the classroom if you like.

The presentation is very soothing. But, not what I need right now. My marriage that began on May 30th of 1992 ended on January 14 th at 9:30 am. I am still going through many emotions. Crying in silence, often unexpectedly. I have no one to share my life with right now. I workout, a lot, but I have not been able to enjoy it as I did in the past. The finality of this divorce is a lot. I do feel better, but I have a journey ahead of me. I miss my wife. I love her still. But, she and I are no longer together. Thank you for this class. It’s helping to refocus and realize that I have a lot to give and my worthiness does not come from what people think of me but from within.

I really wanted to like the content because I believe it’s valuable, but the author’s unnecessary physiological and verbal expressions, such as “hmm,” “ahhh,” sighs, and giggling, were extremely distracting, making it difficult to focus on the content and actually gain anything from it.
