Can we then notice life itself in its purest form?

It can be helpful to notice your breath from time to time,
To not dwell off too much,
Being present,
Noticing your feet.

Let's take another deep breath in together.
Ever so beautiful when suddenly life is reminding us to stop for a short moment,
To rest for a bit,
To breathe deeply,
And to notice that we are before even.
The next thought arises.
This I am-ness.
No thoughts,
Just this,
This is-ness.
No thinking,
No interpretations.
Nowhere to go.
Not wanting to change anything.
I remember a guided meditation that was inviting the participants to imagine to be a very small subatomic particle,
Not able to do anything from there.
Imagining to be that small,
That tiny,
And from there,
Noticing the is-ness,
That which just is,
Isn't moving,
Has no location.
Being that tiny,
Not able to reach out for anything,
To grasp anything,
Nothing at all.
Kind of floating in space.
Experiencing this spaciousness in which you're not able to do anything.
Isn't it amazing to notice that when you're not capable of doing anything,
That it's okay,
That all is okay.
But I want this,
No,
Not possible,
For now,
Not possible at all.
I cannot want this,
Being this tiny particle,
This really,
Really,
Almost invisible particle.
Little dot,
Little dot,
Little dot,
Little dot,
Little dot,
Little dot,

Little dot.
Being this,
Can you somehow sense that it's okay?
It's okay that you won't get what your mind kind of is telling you.
Can you sense this,
That it's okay?
If you surrender to the fact that it's not possible to even think or move,
This spacious,
Non-personal awareness,
That which doesn't think,
Doesn't change,
Isn't worrying.
That which is referred to,
Is always here.
It's the essence of life.
It's also within thinking,
Within moving,
Or worrying,
Or feeling depressed,
Or stressed.
And it's ever so silent,
So soft,
So warm,
So stable.
And tapping into this,
Moment to moment,
Will gradually bring beautiful peace,
Beautiful trust in life.
You'll notice when listening to messages like these,
Repeatedly,
That somehow,
Moment to moment,
Moment to moment,
There will be this beautiful feeling deep inside.
As if arising from below.
So reassuring,
So nourishing,
So healing in a way.
Life itself bringing us home,
Moment to moment.
And just by listening to messages like these,
It can be very helpful.
It's my own experience.
Life,
At some point,
Can radically shift in a very beautiful way.
There's no longer this doubt in life,
Like this shouldn't be,
Or that shouldn't be.
It's all seen from this clarity,
From this non-judgmental place,
Which is locationless.
