Welcome to this guided meditation.

Let's start by taking a deep breath in and slowly out.

Yeah,

And another one.

And out.

One more time.

Deep breath in.

Yeah.

Such a beautiful moment,

Especially when you realize that life itself has created this moment for you,

Especially for you as a gift.

Life communicating in a way telling you to fully relax,

To allow yourself to fully relax.

Life itself reminding you that there's nothing to do,

Almost hard to understand.

Is this possibility to just be,

Be without any action and to just enjoy this precious moment,

This timeless moment.

Might be helpful to confirm within yourself that right now you are fully relaxed,

To soften and to enjoy not having to do anything.

Can you hear me right now?

There's nothing for you to do.

Keep repeating this for a while until it sinks in deeply.

In this precious moment no action is needed.

All your plans,

You can totally let go of all that you were planning on doing.

Life is giving you this as a gift and even as a practice during your day.

Also during your day,

Life in a way is asking again and again to soften,

To calm down.

Have you noticed such a big difference,

Isn't it?

Being stressed,

Insecure and then suddenly being reminded by life to soften,

To calm down.

Suddenly within your whole body-mind system something seems to change,

A release.

The thinking mind probably interfering from time to time,

Trying to persuade you.

Come on,

You can't just do nothing.

You should be.

Not now.

No should be's.

Allow your whole body-mind system to fully calm down.

It's safe,

It's fully safe to let go of everything and it might be helpful right now to imagine your whole body to slowly fade away.

Your feet,

Legs,

Chest,

Arms,

Hands,

Your neck,

All fading away.

And what is left is this spacious,

Beautiful,

Soft and warm essence.

Again,

There's truly nothing for you to do.

All that you know so well,

All your actions during your day,

All your troubles,

Your whole schedule,

It doesn't exist.

It's no longer here.

Life is giving you a beautiful gift,

Showing you that something is already totally at ease,

Totally calm and soft,

Beautifully fulfilled.

Nothing to do there.

You right now are shown that this is your natural state,

Locationless.

The sense of being a person totally vanishes.

And how freeing to just be without the sense of being this locked up person,

This little me that always seems to be so important.

Again,

Right now,

Life is showing you that something is of more importance.

The unchanging nature of life,

The wonder,

The mystery,

That which doesn't do anything,

Shown to you right now.

You are this and this that you are is so intensely beautiful,

So soft,

So calm,

So at ease.

Can you sense this?

So allow yourself to be totally fine with doing nothing.

Hmm,

See it as a gift.

This is your moment,

Timelessly so.

It's created by life to show you that it's okay.

You are allowed to be here as you are,

As this beautiful soft and loving space.

And from within this softness,

This natural state,

You will be able to fall asleep so beautifully.

Yeah,

It's okay.

It's okay to be as you are.

It's okay.

Nothing for you to do.

And this is okay.

Say it again within yourself.

It's okay to do nothing.

It's okay to calm down.

Give yourself permission,

If needed,

To fully open up to this beautiful soft and loving space.

No sense of a person found there.

No,

Just an immense beautiful space.

So nourishing,

So comforting,

So beautiful to just be as this space.

And noticing moment to moment that there's nothing for you to do.

Nothing for you to do.

And still all is perfect.

So now let's go a little deeper.

There's nothing for me.

I am allowed to soften.

I am allowed to release all burdens.

Hmm,

It's okay,

You know.

It's truly okay.

Everything be as it is.

And to no longer emphasize thinking.

Nobody's asking you to think and think right now.

Life is giving you a beautiful opportunity to no longer emphasize any thought.

Just drop into this spacious,

Loving,

Soft,

Beautiful essence.

Moment to moment.

So nourishing.

And as you're listening to my voice,

Your whole system is feeling softer and softer.

Even when there's still a sense of the body.

This body also feels softer and softer.

Hmm.

So now that there's only a sense of spaciousness,

Infinite spaciousness,

Let's see if life can release all that seems to be in the way.

To be fully relaxed,

Be fully soft.

Ah,

May you fall asleep deeply,

Fully relaxed.

Rejuvenating sleep.
