In this course, you'll learn an easy exercise you can do in 5-10 minutes that will help you experience the freedom of feeling totally fine, regardless of external circumstances, and embrace the present moment with acceptance and gratitude. In the first lesson, I'll explain the process, how and why it works, and exactly how to complete the exercise. In the second lesson, I will share my own personal exercise with you, so you can hear an actual example of the completed process.


Meet your Teacher

Alice Langholt is a parent, author and Reiki Master Teacher, and a Certified Practitioner of EFT and Introspective Hypnosis. She is the Executive Director of Reiki Awakening Academy. Alice has a Ph.D. in Metaphysical Parapsychology, and Master’s degrees in Jewish Studies and Metaphysical Science. She has written 23 books on holistic subjects. In the Washington, DC Metro area, Alice teaches Animal Reiki at Montgomery College, has a Reiki practice in Gaithersburg, MD, and is also a wedding officiant.

This easy exercise can make a huge difference in your life.

This bonus lesson includes me reading the Totally Fine Alice exercise that I did for myself, so you can have a concrete example to inspire you to do the exercise yourself. I wrote this to help me refocus my attention on the good stuff in my life, and what the totally fine version of me would be thinking and feeling. After doing this exercise, I felt inspired to share it with you.

Hi TFA, I liked your writing. I do have a problem though when I try to do it myself, it turns out I’m at a stage of my life where I don’t have all those happy things that I seem to be aware of the last couple of years have been one of those things number one I heard back surgery was successful and helpful. I will say the TFR did prepare for her surgery by doing physical therapy. I’m working closely with a chiropractor so my body was ready for the surgery. However, shortly after my husband became ill and he died with him a few months, which left a total change because we had been alone together he’d never really retired, but because of Covid, he was home 24 seven and we were together and it all worked out fine. We had established quite a life with just ourselves and have been doing that for a while since we had been emptied nesters for quite some time so shortly after he died, I was also diagnosed with cervical cancer, which are meant. I had to have surgery again and those all took time and because I was alone in my home and it was not a fun place or a happy place for me to be alone. I moved to a senior citizen’s residency and six or eight months after I got there my cervical cancer came back again and I had to have a few months of radiation, etc. so it was very hard to write totally fine Rita because my whole life had changed from what I did with my husband with my family with my neighborhood my house and suggestions that you have to help people get through from how I was totally fine Rita who is totally fine Rita now I do love all your works in your dance with the angels and your other techniques of dealing with anxiety and pain in the body. Would love to see if you have any suggestions for making the changes thanks so much. WBTFR = want to be totally fine, Rita
