Meet your Teacher

Vanessa Loder is a keynote speaker, leadership development facilitator, and founder of the Create Work You Love group coaching program for women. As a women’s leadership and mindfulness expert, Vanessa been featured in Fast Company, Forbes, the Huffington Post and Glamour Magazine. Her Tedx Talk “How to Lean In Without Burning Out” has over 139,000 views. Vanessa teaches leadership workshops at Stanford Business School and at Fortune 500 companies including AirBnB, Cisco, Goldman Sachs, Google, LinkedIn, Mattel, PwC, Salesforce, Uber, and many others. Known for her energetic, authentic and inspiring teaching style, Vanessa has guided thousands of people through her popular retreats and courses. She’s a sought after keynote speaker on topics such as; The Inner Game of Leadership, Sustainable Success, and How to Lean In Without Burning Out. Vanessa has an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and spent ten years working in finance on Wall Street and as an investor in Silicon Valley before realizing she'd climbed to the top of the wrong ladder!
