COURSE

Celebrating Lughnasa - A Course That Invites You On A Your Own Mini Retreat.

With Dee Hennessy

This Celtic festival of Lughnasa is a time-honored tradition that celebrates the harvest and the interconnectedness of humans and nature, a time to celebrate the earth and its bounty, and to give thanks for the abundance of life. This course invites you on an internal pilgrimage where in the energy of this Celtic festival you are invited to pause, to rest and to reconnect with nature as you honour the cycles of the seasons in nature and in your own life. Three meditations, some time for journalling and a Lughnasa ritual of letting go. The sacred Gaelic chant(s) used in this recording are with the permission of Céile Dé, an esoteric Celtic path of spiritual awakening.

A beautiful way to both experience and learn about Lughnasa. This made connections and offered details about Lughnasa that I haven’t heard in any other meditation. Thank you, Dee!

Beautiful course. The meditation around the festival and the explanation of the folklore was really inspiring and the music was amazing. I love the visualisation of riding in a coracle down a river. Very peaceful. Will return to that track often

a lovely exploration of a celebration, time and geography to prepare my heart and soul for an upcoming trip to the highlands of Scotland. Ending the course with the words of John O’Donohue was an added bonus. Thank you! 🙏🏼
