Balm For Burnout

With Dee Hennessy

When considering how to recover from burnout, it’s important to start with small thoughts and actions that are simple, easy, life-giving, and pleasurable. At this point of burnout, the nervous system has been stressed for a long time, which lends it to higher sensitivity to all of life, so less is more, even when considering meditation.

Beginning To Build Real Self Compassion

A tricky thing for those of us who are usually amazing at looking after others but often at some cost to ourselves. In this lesson, I offer a special meditation for you to practice as your nervous system begins to settle with the small actions of the previous two lessons.
