We are all pursuing happiness through our everyday pursuits in the form of actions, relationships, and things that we buy. In each of these pursuits, there is an inherent misunderstanding that the happiness lies at the end of the pursuit. In this course, we explore this misunderstanding in an experiential way so that we can realize that the happiness we are seeking is right here and now. Many times, we attribute our suffering to "them" viz. situations, parents, kids, spouses, circumstances. We explore, in this course, that this misplaced attribution keeps us from seeing the freedom and agency we have to discover our own happiness. We keep postponing the peace, calm, joy, celebration in the pursuit of something ephemeral only to be disappointed at the end. In this course, we debunk this approach and expose ourselves to the reality of what it is.
