Are you ready to discover how everyday activities can bring you into a state of natural calm and presence? This course is designed so that each day, you’ll explore a different way to reconnect with your inner peace—whether through walking, cooking, listening to music, or even playing. - I'll guide you with the theory of why meditating is a state and not a doing. - Then there'll be a pocket of peace to try out the activity discussed. - You'll be encouraged to journal or share your reflections. - And I'll leave you with an activity to try during that day. The lessons will help you experience meditation as something you can access throughout your day, without needing to sit still or silence your mind. Meditation is powerful and it doesn’t have to be painful, but if you struggle to quiet your mind it can seem difficult. I invite you to listen to one lesson per day, to allow time to reflect on what you're learning. Remember, there's no rush—this is about gently reconnecting with the peace that's always within you. Take your time, enjoy the journey, and notice how these simple practices can transform your everyday moments into opportunities for presence and calm. I’m with you all the way.
