10 Unique Ways To Meditate Without Sitting Still

With Jacqueline MamaJ Hollows

Are you ready to discover how everyday activities can bring you into a state of natural calm and presence? This course is designed so that each day, you’ll explore a different way to reconnect with your inner peace—whether through walking, cooking, listening to music, or even playing. - I'll guide you with the theory of why meditating is a state and not a doing. - Then there'll be a pocket of peace to try out the activity discussed. - You'll be encouraged to journal or share your reflections. - And I'll leave you with an activity to try during that day. The lessons will help you experience meditation as something you can access throughout your day, without needing to sit still or silence your mind. Meditation is powerful and it doesn’t have to be painful, but if you struggle to quiet your mind it can seem difficult. I invite you to listen to one lesson per day, to allow time to reflect on what you're learning. Remember, there's no rush—this is about gently reconnecting with the peace that's always within you. Take your time, enjoy the journey, and notice how these simple practices can transform your everyday moments into opportunities for presence and calm. I’m with you all the way. Lots of love, MamaJ Ambient music by @Tom Evans

I really love this. There’s something here for each and every one of us. Each lesson expands beautifully on something we’re already dping, or may be inspired to try, and to do with more pleasure and intention. And it can spark your imagination for more…. I’m adding dance. I suggest listening to lesson 10 first. Thank you for this❗️

Loved learning about the different ways to meditate in my everyday life. It’s helping me to be more mindful throughout the day and not just during a sitting meditation. Meditation is a state of mind not a doing! Also love her friendly voice!

I really enjoyed this series of mindful moments across different activities and it had showed me that it’s not the doing that is important but the mindfulness of the activity that brings me the most pleasure. I regularly paint for example and it’s the act of painting rather than the result of what I am painting that brings me the most benefit. Now with added insights of this course I will apply that to many other activities in my life. Thank you!
