Transcript

Before we begin,

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Sit or lie down in a way that allows your body to relax fully.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in,

Letting it fill your lungs completely.

And slowly exhale and release any tension with that breath.

Take another deep breath and this time allow your belly to soften as you inhale and expand and then exhale with ease.

Let yourself settle into this space,

Feeling the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.

With each breath you become more relaxed,

More grounded and ready to begin.

Imagine now that you are standing at the entrance of a beautiful serene forest.

You can feel the pace.

The air is fresh and cool.

As you begin to walk along the soft path beneath your feet,

You see that you are surrounded by tall,

Strong trees that offer a sense of protection and calm.

With each step,

You feel more connected to the earth,

More at peace with yourself and the world around you.

The earth beneath your feet is solid,

Stable and grounded.

Each step connects you to this sense of stability.

The earth reminds you that no matter what happens,

You are supported.

Feel that support from the ground rise up into your body,

Offering strength and calm.

You walk with ease,

Feeling connected to the foundation of the earth.

Soon,

You hear the soft sound of a stream in the distance.

As you approach,

You see the crystal clear water flowing gently over smooth rocks.

Take a moment to watch the water.

Notice how it moves effortlessly,

Adapting to whatever is in its path without resistance.

As you watch the water,

Let its calm,

Flowing nature enter you.

Imagine the flow of water soothing your mind,

Washing away any stress or tension.

Like the stream,

You too can flow through life,

Adapting and moving with ease.

The path now opens to a clearing and you feel the gentle warmth of the sun shining down on you.

Its rays bathe your skin and offer a sense of comfort,

Warmth and vitality.

The sun represents life and renewal,

The energy that sustains us.

As you stand here,

Feel the warmth of the sun gently relaxing your body,

Melting away anything that doesn't serve you.

With each breath,

Allow the sun's light to fill you with a deep sense of peace and well-being.

You are renewed,

Recharged and revitalized.

A soft breeze moves through the trees,

Gently brushing against your skin.

You can feel the cool air lifting any remaining heaviness from your body,

Clearing your mind and refreshing your spirit.

With each breath,

The air enters your lungs,

Filling you with a sense of lightness and clarity.

Breathe in deeply,

Taking in this clean,

Refreshing air.

And as you exhale,

Release any lingering thoughts or feelings that don't serve you.

The air helps you to feel free,

Open and expansive.

As you come to the end of your stroll through the woods,

You find a wide open space where the trees give way to a clear view of the sky.

The sky is vast,

It stretches endlessly in all directions.

This space reminds you of the infinite possibilities within you,

The spaciousness of your mind and the freedom that comes from letting go.

Take a moment to connect with this sense of openness,

Feeling the peace that comes from knowing that you have all the space you need to breathe,

To relax and to just be.

Now,

As you prepare to leave this peaceful forest,

Take one last deep breath,

Feeling all five elements within you.

Feel grounded by the earth,

Soothed by the water,

Energised by the sun,

Refreshed by the air and open to the infinite possibilities of space.

When you're ready,

Slowly return your awareness to the room.

Gently wriggle your fingers and toes.

Notice the feeling of your clothing against your skin.

Notice the air on your face.

Allow yourself to reconnect with your physical surroundings.

Take your time.

And when you're ready,

Blink open your eyes.

You are calm,

Grounded and fully present,

Carrying the peace of the forest and the elements,

Wherever you go.
