I know you're feeling anxiety right now.
Let's take two minutes to find calm and return to your inner resilience.
You can listen to this SOS reflection at your desk,
In a meeting or somewhere you can be alone.
As you take a deep breath in acknowledge your wisdom in taking this time out.
With each exhale you can let go of the tension and allow your system to find its calm.
You can do this breathing right where you are,
At your desk,
Holding on to the sink or leaning against a wall.
Being aware of your breath reminds you that you are not the anxiety.
As you continue to breathe deeply feel your body relax and imagine that the anxiety you're feeling is just like a passing cloud.
It may seem heavy but it cannot change the clear sky of your mind beneath.
Keep breathing and knowing that this cloud will pass and your natural calm is always there.
Now bring your attention to the present moment.
You can create a different experience when you feel grounded.
Feel your feet on the floor or notice how your body feels against the furniture.
You are safe right now even with anxious feelings.
Remember this feeling is just a thought passing through.
It doesn't define who you are or your ability to handle what's ahead.
Your innate health,
The calm and clarity within is always present even when it feels hidden behind the noise of work stress.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
