Kate James is a mindfulness teacher, career coach and the author of several best-selling books including Quietly Confident, Change Your Thinking to Change Your Life and Create Calm. For the past 24 years, she has been working with midlife women clients to help them navigate their careers and lives with clarity and confidence. Kate is the host of a weekly Live on Insight Timer as well as regular mindfulness and self-compassion workshops in Melbourne and an annual retreat for women in Byron Bay.
