For the past 24 years, she has been working with clients to help them discover a deep sense of self-acceptance and inner peace. Kate is the host of a weekly Live on Insight Timer as well as regular mindfulness and self-compassion workshops in Melbourne and an annual retreat for women in Byron Bay.
