Shea's goal for creating guided meditations is to help you find peace and joy in life. Trauma and loss from a young age has left her struggling with self worth and self love issues for many years. She found release, acceptance and healing by using Meditation, Gratitude, and Affirmations. We all have our lessons to work through. Sometimes we need a little help navigating the trials that come with life. Shea's guided meditations are created to help you move through these life moments with support.
