Hello,
Welcome to this guided meditation for clearing the seven chakras.
Let's get started by getting into a comfortable seated position.
Sit with your back straight to allow airflow.
Find a resting position for your hands so they are not distracted.
When you're ready,
Close your eyes,
Relax.
We're going to start with the breath.
We'll inhale for two,
Exhale for four.
Let's begin.
Inhale.
And then release tension as you exhale.
Again,
Inhale.
And slowly exhale.
One more time.
Inhale.
And then exhale.
Chakras are energy wheels in our bodies.
There are seven main ones starting at the base of your spine,
Going up to the top of the head.
With each inhale,
Take in the universal energy that surrounds you.
And as you exhale,
Send that energy to your chakra,
Helping it spin.
As I name each chakra,
Visualize a wheel turning clockwise,
And as it turns,
It is spinning the energy through your body.
Imagine this energy wrapping you like a blanket and filling you up with life force,
Healing,
And energizing you.
Each chakra will be followed by an affirmation that supports the healthy flow of energy in that chakra.
Let's start with a deep inhale.
And as you exhale,
See your root chakra spinning,
Located at the base of the spine,
Where your tailbone is.
Your color is red.
Your root chakra relates to survival,
Security,
Your need to be safe,
And that you belong.
It's about that you matter and have a right to be here.
I am safe.
I am protected.
I am supported by the universe.
I am enough as I am.
Inhale.
As you exhale,
See the sacral chakra spinning,
Located below the navel.
Your color is orange.
The sacral chakra relates to sexuality,
Pleasure,
Emotions,
And your creative energy.
Your ability to feel,
Have desires,
And to create.
I am a creative being with creational powers.
I embrace my emotions.
My emotions are my guides.
I allow myself to feel pleasure with no guilt or shame.
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
See your solar plex chakra spinning,
Located above the navel.
Your color is yellow.
The solar plex chakra relates to the ego,
Self-esteem and self-confidence,
And willpower.
Your ability to take action.
I am powerful.
I am strong.
I am resilient.
Everything I need,
I have within.
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
See the heart chakra spinning now.
Your color is green.
The heart chakra relates to love.
Your ability to feel empathy and ability to forgive,
Compassion.
To love and be loved.
I am lovable.
I am worthy of love.
I am loved.
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
See the throat chakra spinning.
Your color is blue.
The throat chakra relates to communication.
Your authenticity.
Ability to communicate and speak your truth.
To speak and be heard.
I have a voice that matters.
I will speak my truth.
I express myself freely.
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
See the third eye chakra spinning,
Located on the forehead,
Just above your brow.
Your color is purple.
The third eye is about wisdom.
Imagination and vision.
Seeing past the physical.
This is where your intuition resides.
It's about insight and awareness.
I am connected with the wisdom of the universe.
I open myself to inner guidance and wisdom.
I am a magnet for miracles.
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
See the crown chakra spinning,
Located at the top of the head.
Your color is white.
The crown chakra relates to awareness.
Purpose,
Spirituality,
And enlightenment.
You were made with purpose and you are not random.
I am created with divine intention.
I have a purpose.
I bravely let go and allow the universe to reveal its beautiful plan.
Inhale.
And as you exhale,
See all the chakras spinning now.
And as they spin,
The colors of the rainbow start to swirl all around you.
And they're swirling and merging into each other.
And as they merge,
They form and turn into a white light.
Sparkling white light with speckles of gold and silver.
This light shines so bright.
Allow it in.
Allow it in so it can nourish you.
Let this light soothe you.
Let it strengthen you.
Just take another inhale.
And then slowly exhale.
And when you are ready,
You can wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers,
Take another breath to come back.
And slowly open your eyes and thank yourself for this practice.
Namaste.
