My Story Of How I Let Go Of The Weight Once And For All
Today, I’ll share my own story and my toxic relationship that I had with food and my body. I'll talk about the shame that I carried along with the weight for many many years.
I feel it is important to share this as I totally understand how it feels to feel the guilt and shame when you feel like you have no willpower and are full of self-loathing.
That was before I started this journey of self-love and self-acceptance so I could let go of the weight and adopt a more loving relationship with my body.

My 1st Step To Letting Go Of The Weight - Mirror Work!
The first step or even secret I took on my journey of letting go of the weight, once and for all was the mirror. And this was before Louise Hay's teachings had come into my life.
You will need a handheld mirror, one that you can see your entire face, for today.

My 2nd Step To Letting Go Of The Weight - My Beliefs
It took me quite a while to realise that what was holding me in situations that no longer served me, like holding on to the weight, wasn’t laziness or willpower!
Until I could start to release my old, outgrown beliefs, they would continue to hold me back from what I wanted.
During this audio, we will explore what we feel or believe we deserve. The belief that we are not deserving nearly always comes from our early childhood experiences.
We will also take a deep dive into what you might be holding on to so that you're holding on to the weight - maybe it keeps you safe or you won't be seen, for example.

Join me for this powerful meditation to let go of beliefs that are definitely not serving you and welcome in the new beliefs that will assist you in letting go of the weight once and for all.
If we make a conscious decision not to be victims of the past and go about creating new lives for ourselves, we are supported by this power within and new, happier experiences begin to unfold.
Our beliefs, our thoughts, our concepts about life and about ourselves always become true for us. Every day is a new opportunity to give ourselves grace and accept our new beliefs to be true for us.

Have you been criticising yourself for not releasing the weight or sticking with a diet?
Ironically, the more you criticise yourself, the harder it is to let go of the weight and to keep it off.
During today's lesson we will look at this IMPORTANT key to achieving the healthy body you want - feeling good about yourself right now, whatever your weight is now.

Today I am sharing a powerful meditation which will help you to quieten your critical self.
If you have always been critical of yourself, it will take time for you to turn yourself around to be more loving and accepting of yourself but it is totally possible. If I can, I believe you can too.
Self-criticism is only a habit. It is not the reality of your being.
