In this lesson, Silas continues the previous lessons exploration of the form Jhanas, discussing the differences and intricacies that come with the third and fourth Jhana.

The Formless Jhanas
In this lesson, Silas gives a brief overview of the four formless or Arupa Jhanas and the role they play in meditation as well as a short description of each of these states both from a meditative and intellectual perspective.
