As a licensed Heal Your Life practitioner, I have the honour of sharing Louise's teachings every day and it's all about loving yourself a bit more every day. Let me know how you get on each day and what steps resonate the most with you. And, of course, ask any questions that you may have.

Lezione 1
Stop All Criticism
Criticism never changes a thing. I will take you through the ways in which you can stop criticising yourself. When you criticise yourself, your changes are negative. When you approve of yourself, your changes are positive.

Forgive Yourself
Forgiveness is such an important piece of the foundation for permanent change. Sometimes that change can occur very quickly. So, by giving up the guilt and the shame, forgiving yourself, the changes can be miraculous – I know!

Don't Scare Yourself
Today we will look at how much we might scare ourselves with our thoughts. Louise Hay said " Stop terrorising yourself with your thoughts. It's a dreadful way to live. I will introduce you to tools and practices that can really change

Be Gentle and Kind and Patient
Day 4 of Louise Hay's How To Love Yourself is all about being gentle with yourself. Be kind to yourself. Be patient with yourself as you learn the new ways of thinking. Immerse yourself in Louise's beautiful wisdom and love.

Be Kind to Your Mind
Welcome to Day 5 and today we will look at how we can be truly kind to our minds. Self-hatred is only hating your own thoughts. Don't hate yourself for having the thoughts. You can gently change the thoughts.

Praise Yourself
Welcome to Day 6 of Louise Hay's How To Love Yourself. Criticism breaks the inner spirit. Praise builds it up. Start to really enjoying praising yourselves with me!

Support Yourself
Day 7 of Louise Hay's How To Love Yourself is about supporting yourself. We will look at the different ways we can support ourselves. Supporting yourself is such an important part of loving yourself.

Be Loving To Your Negatives
When we understand that we create our negative habits or even situations to fulfil a subconscious need, things make more sense. AND we can lovingly release those old negative patterns. Join me today to find out more.

Take Care of Your Body
Welcome to Day 9 of How to Love Yourself by Louise Hay and today we are going to look at how we can take care of our bodies. How we can cherish and revere the temple we live in.
Lezione 10
Mirror Work
Look into your own eyes often. At least once a day say: "I love you, I really love you!" Let's do it today and it gets easier and easier, I promise. Express this growing sense of love you have for yourself.

Love Yourself - Do It Now!
Welcome to Day 11 and just do it now! Don't wait until you get well, or lose the weight, or get the new job, or the new relationship. Love Yourself - Begin NOW and do the best you can.
Lezione 12
Have Fun
Remember the things that gave you joy as a child. Incorporate them into your life now. Find a way to have fun with everything you do. Let yourself express the joy of living. Smile. Laugh. Rejoice, and the Universe rejoices with you.

I am very glad I was led to this course. I have been hard on myself lately, especially around body image. I really needed these lessons. It seems so obvious that we should love ourselves, but it is something I need to rekindle. Thank you!
