Since discovering Breathwork Jake has used this as a tool to deepen the quality and depth of his sleep. This in turn has changed his life and he hopes to do the same with others.

Deepen Your Softening
We learn a powerful technique in helping you to prepare your mind and body for a deep nights rest and relaxation. Extending the exhale is the most simplest and profound way to ease your body into a parasympathetic state of being.
Lezione 4
Sink Into A Deep Slumber
This final session incorporates all that was learned in this previous sessions. We explore this powerful technique that really helps to prepare the body and mind for a good nights rest.
