
The Art Of Acceptance
This guided meditation accompanies The Art of Acceptance course, but it can also be practiced on its own whenever you need steadiness and perspective. Through gentle awareness of the breath and body, you’ll learn to observe your thoughts and emotions without judgment or resistance. Acceptance here does not mean passivity, it means recognising what is within your control and releasing what is not. You’ll be invited to: Notice emotions as they arise and pass Feel sensations in the body without adding stories Allow both pleasant and difficult experiences to coexist Practice responding with compassion rather than reactivity This meditation creates space between feeling and action, helping you cultivate calm, clarity, and inner freedom. Nothing needs to be fixed. Nothing needs to be pushed away. Simply allow what is and discover the peace that follows
