This guided meditation practice is a body scan where you move your awareness through different areas of your body and the chakras. The perfect way to end the week is to meditate and let go of anything holding you back such as resentments and anger. It's important to feel your emotions before you let go of them and not suppressing them, because by feeling and moving through them you release their hold on you. If you're going over things in your mind, and getting caught in a negative feedback loop it has an effect on your body and your physical health as well. Whatever has happened this week, it's in the past. In meditation you learn to recognise your impulses before acting on them. Then the gap between the stimulus and the response gets wider. As a result you can start making more wise decisions and choices.
