This was like a salve for my anxiety. I will be bookmarking this for when I need it again, as I know I will. Thank you so much for creating this. It’s one of the BEST breathwork meditations I’ve ever done. It’s so easy but so helpful! Oh and I LOVE the imagery for this too - the mountain/hill with sky is gorgeous!
