Amanda is a Yoga Alliance registered yoga teacher and NASM certified corrective exercise specialist. She also holds certifications as a reiki master, NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist, and therapeutic coach. Through the Center for Spirituality & Healing at the University of Minnesota, she had the opportunity to study yoga and Tibetan medicine at the Men-Tsee-Khang in Dharamsala, India. It was here she found the courage to change her career to bring these practices to others.
