Miriam Amavi is a trauma-informed nervous system regulation- and somatics teacher, certified in Applied Polyvagal Theory in Yoga for Trauma Recovery. She is currently training in Somatic Stress Release at The Embody Lab. Through her own experience with anxiety and chronic symptoms, she found healing through nervous system regulation and self-compassion. Today, she passionately supports others in doing the same—offering guidance in both German and English.
