Welcome to this morning meditation.
I am Miriam and today we're going to feel into the benevolence of the universe and that everything is always happening for you.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down if that is what you prefer and start noticing your breath.
Breathing love in and breathing love out.
Breathing love in and breathing love out.
You can just be wherever you are right now.
You can feel what you feel without wanting to change it.
And if you want to change it,
You can notice that and maybe tend lovingly to this feeling.
And just keep being here in this present moment.
Breathing love in and breathing love out.
And you can let that love that you are breathing in pour into your body and let it flow through your body.
Let it flow through your head.
Let this love settle into your arms and hands.
Let it flow through your chest and your lovely belly.
And let the love flow through your hips,
Into your legs,
And into your feet.
And maybe you can feel a sort of thankfulness for your body.
That it's there for you.
That it allows you to move and to experience feeling.
Maybe you can feel how your body holds you.
How this moment holds you.
And I want you to relax into this feeling of being held.
And now you can go into the feeling of what if everything is happening for you?
How would your day go today?
How does it feel?
How does it feel that everybody wants the best for you?
Everything is happening in your favor.
What would that feel like in your life?
If everything is always working out for you.
And now feel the space inside of you and around you.
And feel the benevolence of the whole universe.
Feel this benevolent presence in you and around you.
And I really want you to focus on the feeling of how it feels to know that everything is to your advantage.
Maybe it makes you feel lighter.
Makes you see that things in life can happen easily.
Good things can happen easily.
Love can happen easily.
Maybe your body relaxes and your mind relaxes.
Maybe you feel an excitement for your day.
Being excited for the beautiful surprises that await you.
The gifts that you receive from this benevolent universe.
And how does this trust feel that even when things may happen where you can't see how they are happening in your favor?
How does it feel to still trust that it's ultimately good for you?
How does this unwavering faith in the universe feel?
And now I want you to feel this field around you.
How it's filled with love.
And how this field is ever-present.
And that you will walk in this field of love today.
That this benevolence is always with you.
And now you can feel into your heart and feel how it opens in this love.
How you let your heart open to receive more love.
And to receive the magic around you.
Feel how you welcome good fortune to come to you.
And now you can bow your head to your heart.
Thanking yourself for taking the time today to connect to the benevolence of the universe.
To connect to this feeling that everything is always working out for you.
Everything is working in your favor.
And now you can deepen your breath.
And come slowly back into this reality.
And I recommend you do this meditation every morning to really feel its effects.
Because the more often you do it,
The more familiar this feeling that everything is working out for you becomes.
And the more benevolence and synchronicities you will see in your life.
