Lección 1
Have You Been Sold Struggle?
We are all sold the idea of struggle but we are never spoken to about ease and how we can include more of it into our lives. Living in a constant state of struggle can leave us feeling like we are living with a clenched fist rather than an open palm. In this lesson we look at how we may feel overwhelmed by our lives and where that feeling is coming from.
Lección 2
What Are You Thinking?
Because our thoughts can seem so close to us we are not always aware of what it is that we are thinking. Yet those thoughts are affecting our feelings and in turn our actions. Where there is overthinking there is struggle and where there is space, wisdom can come through.
Lección 3
You Are Not Your Thoughts
When it comes to our thinking we can be like fish in water and be totally unaware that we are thinking. We mistake our thoughts for ourselves and think we are the very thoughts we think. Yet, we are able to observe them, we are the witness to them. We are not our thoughts.
Lección 4
What Are Your Habitual Thoughts?
Do you know what your habitual thoughts are? They can accompany us around like a soundtrack playing in the background. Yet, no thought has a power of its own. It requires our attention, it needs us to add meaning to it for it to come alive within us.
