It’s important to recognize how your thoughts and imagination can create anxiety about the future. You’ll also realize that you are beautifully equipped to handle 'what is'.

Uncomfortable Feelings Are Your Friend
What if you didn't feel frightened of your feelings? What difference would that make in your life? Today you'll discover that your feelings are not to be feared, they are actually giving you great information. Your feelings are only letting you know if you're experiencing your natural self-confidence or not.

Natural Self-Confidence Is Who You Truly Are
It's time to become curious and to look behind the curtain of your personal self-confidence. You don't need to create self-confidence, natural self-confidence is part of who you are. Today you'll be encouraged to look within, towards the universal energy of life. When you look within you'll begin to realise how natural self-confidence is always available to you.

Give Yourself A Break
Do you find that you go up and down emotionally? Do you give yourself a hard time about this? Today the invitation is to give yourself a break when you feel unsettled or insecure. As a human being you are designed to have ups and downs. Rather than give yourself a hard time be compassionate with yourself.
