Do you remember your first memory of when you were told there was something wrong with you? In this lesson we explore where these errant beliefs were formed and how our conditioning plays a large part in how we form beliefs about ourselves that are false.

Befriending Yourself
In this lesson we now have an idea of where our negative beliefs originated and we choose to offer ourselves the love and support we wished we had received throughout our lives. We learn that we can become our own best friend.
Lektion 3
The Beliefs Behind Your Self Sabotage
In this final lesson we look at how we can self sabotage when we have beliefs that are invisible to us and do not align with our intentions. We may be confused about why we are not getting the outcomes we desire but once we become more observant of our beliefs we come to see that they are dictating our actions and how we can adopt more beneficial ones.
