Was du lernen wirst
This 5-day course explores self-love through the lens of the nervous system. Rather than focusing on fixing or forcing yourself to feel better, this series helps you understand how safety, protection, and regulation shape the way you think, feel, and relate to yourself. Each day includes a brief, accessible teaching on the nervous system followed by a short guided meditation to support integration and grounding. Throughout the course, you’ll learn: • why self-love can feel difficult when your body is focused on protection • how anxiety, urgency, numbness, and self-criticism are nervous system responses • what the window of tolerance is and how to gently return to safety • how self-love becomes more accessible when your nervous system feels supported This course is gentle, trauma-informed, and designed to meet you where you are. There is no pressure to feel calm, positive, or “good” at meditation. You’re invited to move at your own pace, repeat lessons as needed, and use these practices as tools for nervous system care and self-compassion.

Lektion 1
Understanding The Nervous System And Safety
This lesson introduces the nervous system and its primary role in keeping you safe. You’ll learn why self-love can feel difficult when your body is focused on protection, and how awareness begins the process of regulation. The guided meditation supports noticing your body with curiosity and signaling safety through gentle presence.
Lektion 2
Fight And Flight: Anxiety, Urgency, And The Inner Critic
This lesson explores the fight-or-flight response of the nervous system and how anxiety, urgency, and self-criticism often reflect activation rather than personal failure. You’ll learn how the inner critic can function as a protective response and how gentle slowing and awareness help signal safety to the body. The guided meditation supports noticing activation with curiosity and easing the nervous system out of urgency.
Lektion 3
Shutdown And Regulation: Numbness, Fatigue, And Disconnection
This lesson focuses on the shutdown response of the nervous system and how numbness, low energy, or disconnection can function as protective states. You’ll learn why pushing yourself during these moments often backfires and how gentle sensory grounding supports the body in slowly returning to presence. The guided meditation uses soft sensory awareness to support regulation and safety.
Lektion 4
The Window Of Tolerance: Returning To Safety
This lesson introduces the window of tolerance and explores regulation as the ability to return to safety rather than remain calm at all times. You’ll learn how imagination and visualization can support nervous system regulation and help expand your capacity to stay present. The guided meditation invites you into a safe place visualization with healing light to support grounding and steadiness.
Lektion 5
Self-Love As Nervous System Care
This final lesson reframes self-love as an ongoing practice of caring for the nervous system through supportive choices, boundaries, and awareness. You’ll learn how safety and regulation naturally make self-compassion more accessible over time. The closing meditation supports integration, reflection, and carrying these practices forward with gentleness and consistency.
