Reiki for An Ancestor In Their Time
In this session, we will be sending Reiki to an Ancestor in their time. You can choose any Ancestor of Time, Place, or Family, and we will send Reiki back to when they were alive.
Lektion 3
Reiki For Usui Sensei And Past Reiki People
In today's session, we send Reiki back in time to Usui Sensei, before extending our practice to cover everyone who has ever had a Reiki experience. This is a beautiful way to honour Usui Sensei and Reiki as a shared experience.

Reiki For Your Birth
In today's session, we send Reiki back in time to the moment you were born, bringing radiant Reiki energy into the world with you. It doesn't matter whether you know anything about your birth or not, the Reiki will still go there.

Reiki For A Past Self
In today's session, you will send Reiki to a past version of yourself. The first time you do this practice, you should choose a past version of yourself that is easy to relate to.

Reiki For A Past Event
In today's session, we will send Reiki back in time to a past event. You can choose an event that's personal or communal/collective, and the first time you do this practice it should be one that's not too difficult.

Reiki For A Friend Or Loved One
We are moving into the present today and sending Reiki to a friend or loved one. In this session we remind ourselves of the principles of distance healing.
Lektion 8
Reiki Loving Kindness
Loving Kindness is a traditional meditation which has been shown to have enormous benefits. In today's session, we add a Reiki twist, sending Reiki to a loved one, a neutral person, a disliked person, ourselves, and all these people as a group.

Reiki For Someone Unknown
In today's session, we'll send Reiki to someone unknown. This is an excellent exercise in trusting Reiki to go where it's needed, releasing our own need to control outcomes.

Reiki For All Beings
In today's session, we use the Web of Life to connect in with all beings, and send Reiki through the web for everyone. This is a lovely reminder that all is connected.
Lektion 11
Reiki For The Planet
In today's session, we will connect in with and send Reiki to Planet Earth. Offering Reiki energy is a wonderful way to give back to the Earth our home.
Lektion 12
Reiki For Peace
In this session, we'll be working together to send Reiki for peace. The technique you'll learn to represent Peace can also be used to charge and send Reiki to other intangible concepts.
Lektion 13
Reiki For Your Whole Life
In this session, you'll practice a technique to send Reiki to your whole life - past, present, and future. In order to connect with our whole lives, we'll be using a timeline to send Reiki.
Lektion 14
Reiki For A Future Event
In today's session, we will be sending Reiki to a future event. You can choose a personal or collective event, but it should be one that you know is likely to happen.
Lektion 15
Reiki For A Future Self
In today's session, you will send Reiki to a future version of yourself. We'll be practising a technique where you send Reiki inwards to take with you as you travel into your future life.
Lektion 16
Reiki For Your Death
In today's session you will fill your body with Reiki to be released at the time of your death. Mortality isn't always comfortable, and if it is not an easy subject for you to hold space for at the moment, it’s fine to skip ahead to the next session, and come back to this one when you are ready.
Lektion 17
Reiki For A Descendent in Their Time
In this final session of our course, we'll be sending Reiki into the future for a descendent in their time. We may not yet know who comes after us, but we can send them Reiki with our loving intention anyway.
