Lektion 1
Mind The Gap
In this first lesson, Dali will show you how a basic breathing practice, coupled with a simple visualization technique can help you to create the space, or gap, needed to take control of how to respond to situations when you feel anger is present.
Lektion 2
The Importance Of Language
In this lesson, Dali will discuss how the words we use and the stories we tell ourselves are critical in how we manage our relationship with anger. He'll offer some suggestions for how to recognize the stories as well as how to change the way we use language to describe how we're feeling.
Lektion 3
Managing Expectations And Controlling The Controllables
In this lesson, Dali will share with you some thoughts and ideas about how you can recognize when you have expectations in a situation that may be making you angry. He'll show you how you can manage those expectations better as well as how to prioritise what you can control in any given scenario.
Lektion 4
Defaulting To Defensiveness
In this lesson, Dali will teach you a technique to build on 'The Gap' we learned in lesson 1. This additional practice will help you to remain calm in situations where you may be annoyed or angered by something someone has said to you.
Lektion 5
Protecting Your Relationships And Preventing Arguments
One of the most destructive ways anger can manifest is during arguments in our relationships. In this final lesson, Dali will take you through a gentle practice, putting to work everything you've learned in previous lessons, to help you to prevent arguments starting and protect your relationships.

This was wonderful, it has really helped me take a good look at my anger. I listened to each lesson over the course of a few days and now plan to practice all these steps, starting at lesson one again and taking my time to work on each step. 🙏

So lovely. Beautifully delivered in your calm compassionate way. Lots of tips to think about and pick from to help in trying situations. Saying OK instead of arguing is a great concept. I don’t have to be right is another. Thank you Dali this was exceptional 🙏🌻🙌
