Dali is an accredited Meditation Teacher with the British School of Meditation. Born in the North East of England, now calling London home, Dali’s practice is to focus on removing the barriers, obstacles and distractions that stand in the way of peace, calm and presence in day-to-day life. Another great takeaway for you , Dali. You pack a lot into two minutes . An IT friend is feeling particularly low at the moment so I’m off to share it with her . Thanks Dali, take care of you too! I’m offline most of the time this week so I have time to slow down , stop the scrolling and ponder .. on impermanence for example 😊 and it’s appeal as a way of dealing with, being able to more easily accept those difficult feelings . My particular worry about what others think of me is whether I've let them down, or not done enough to help them. I tend towards being a people pleaser. What you've said makes total sense. It is all in my head, most of the time. I will keep listening, and try to remember that it isn't something to worry about. Thank you so much for this track. This was a very helpful, insightful and enlightening course. I plan to incorporate these practices in my daily life to improve relationships and to create peace and calm.
