In this theory lesson we look at your relationship with sleep and what that means. We also look at the necessary foundation to ensure a good quality rest, in consideration of the mechanical body, the chemistry of the body as well as the psychological component.

In this lesson we work through 4 techniques which assist the body and mind to release the day and wind down before moving into a sleeping position. I invite you to experience these techniques while listening to this guide so you can know firsthand how your body responds before deciding which one/s to use for yourself.

Sleep Time Techniques
In this lesson we work through 3 techniques that you can use when in bed. You may fall asleep while using these, that's ok. These techniques can all be used prior to falling asleep and/or if you have woken mid-sleep.
