Burnout is a major epidemic in our society. As our society continues to grow the demands placed on us are getting higher and higher. In this course, we will work with the most accessible tool we have in learning to manage our states of burnout. Breathwork is a potent tool that we can use to self-soothe and regulate these states of burnout so that they do not consume our lives.
Jake is a Breathwork facilitator based in Glasgow Scotland.
Jake has experienced a wide range of physical, mental, and spiritual benefits since practicing breath work. The benefits have breathwork have fundamentally shifted his life and allowed him to have a clearer mind, and deeper relationships with himself and others as well as bringing some peace to his day-to-day existence. He has become extremely passionate about sharing this knowledge and practices with as many people as he can.
He has trained as a respiratory coach and has extensively studied eastern pranayama techniques.
Jake believes that the breath is the single most important tool we have for physical, mental, and spiritual healing. He has seen this healing firsthand through curing chronic hay fever, and asthma as well as using breath work as a tool to help him manage his ADHD diagnosis....

In this session we focus on the power of the present. I share a powerful and super easy tool that we can use to dive deep into the present moment. Being able to bring yourself back into the present is a vital skill in managing your states of burnout.

Silence The Monkey Mind
In this session, we learn a very valuable technique is learning how to silence the negative mind. We use the breath as a way to clear our negative loops cycles and thought processes. Its a potent practice that uses the sensory sound of the breath to help focus the mind and gain clarity and insight.
