In this short course, you can expect a mix of mind expanding reflection, a call to ownership of your life, and a reminder that your world is full of infinite possibilities. All that you need to do is be open to their discovery. The course has just three short sessions, which means you can use it as a practice base over and over. In Session One, you will reflect on you, now, and make personal inventory of who you are, how you are, and what is your current reality. In Session Two, you are invited into a world of infinite possibilities where you can dive deep into a mind expanding meditation and trust that your will and your spirit will combine to create appropriate changes to your direction. In session Three, you will have the opportunity to begin to put into practice any shifts which can help you to be the co-author of your own life, rather than be dependent on dreams and maybe's. This is an interactive synergetic experience, all are welcome.
Jan Russell is an experienced teacher in mindfulness and evidence based psychological practices. She has specialised in transformational coaching and counselling over three decades, and has taught her subject to Masters degree level in UK University faculties, as well as working in the field across a range of contexts, cultures and settings. Jan is creative, person centred, enthusiastic and intuitive. She is a double certified teacher of Neuro Linguistic Programming, an author and an artist, as well as the grateful matriarch of an ever expanding family. She has taught on the Insight Timer App for five years. Jan welcomes the mix of evidence base, experience and instinctual wisdom that comes with being an elder, while always being open to being curious and engaged in lifetime learning. ...

A Reflexive Moment
In this session, you will reflect gently on how you see yourself right now, in this moment on this day, identifying your qualities, your content, taking a snapshot of your life as it is. You will identify that which works well for you and that which perhaps you might want to shift, tweak or make substantial change. A guided meditative track.
Lektion 2
Your Space Of Infinite Possibilities
Change can happen and minds can open surprisingly quickly at times. In this session you are invited to follow a moderately energetic practice to construct a future time in which you enjoy the changes that you might like to see within and around you, with a gentle consideration of the infinite possibilities open to you at many levels.
Lektion 3
Transformation
In this final session you are invited to move through a gentle and personally meaningful contemplation to move forward in mind, body, heart and spirit to begin to allow yourself to generate changes, small or big, aligned to the possibilities that you might have already glimpsed. It is a smooth completion to this process of now, what else, and how, in your personal change dynamic.
