Welcome to Manifesting Abundance. It seems that the ability to manifest abundance is almost universally desired, and there are many approaches available to support the process. This particular course is a short, high-impact course combining mindful practice with evidence-based tools from psychology. The choices included here are both practical and spiritual. You will learn to put together three ingredients, all easy to learn, to create a powerful cocktail for change. What are the ingredients? First, understanding abundance. Everybody wants to have plenty of what they need and beyond. Often this is a mix of things. Some are practical, like food, shelter, money, safety. Some are states of being, like pleasure, joy, excitement, relaxation. And then, we want to satisfy our value systems, such as compassion and fairness. So abundance is not about having it all at any cost. It’s about being plentiful, about integrating your wants with your values. The integration is sometimes what makes achieving abundance a little more complex than it seems. Next: Manifesting. Manifestation is a proactive and dynamic process. It is more than dreaming. While we begin by putting our desires out there in some form, such as words or pictures, we then need to be alert to work with the form. Once we know what abundance means for us, we can notice opportunities that come our way which will lead towards it. We need to know how to respond to them while proactively seeking and designing our path. These are the first steps. Yet they are not quite enough. So what is the secret of putting them together to create abundance? The single most important key to unlocking your ability to manifest abundance is to create the right system of beliefs. Typically, some beliefs support your quest, and some can get in the way. In this course you will find the tools to do just that, at both unconscious and unconscious level. Beliefs are extraordinarily powerful, and there are two factors about them which are important. One, every belief is sustained by repetitive thought which you come to imagine is true, and all thoughts can be changed. Second, all beliefs have a similar structure, and when you know this, you can change and manipulate what goes where. Then, you can use your beliefs to create a mental map which works for you in your journey to abundance, in all that is important to you. We all need to believe in ourselves and our capabilities. We need to have resourceful beliefs about other people, about the spirit of the world, and to believe that there are multiple ways to get to where you want to go, when you know how to put your mind to it. Working with your beliefs is the difference that makes the difference. The course is structured in 10 specifically focused and purposeful sessions that combine evidence-based psychological, neurological, and linguistic approaches with mindful application. It is a thorough introduction to powerful tools to clear your mind of old limiting beliefs and create the means to establish manifest your own abundance.
