So with this meditation we are going to be focusing on intentions.
Intentions are not just goals.
Intentions are from the heart of what you want for yourself and what your soul guides you to want which is very very different and it's very inward.
So allow yourself to open up to your soul to open up to that deep intention that is living inside of you.
And so right now I'd like you to take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
Breathing in slowly and breathing out slowly.
And just allow yourself to focus on your breath.
Breathing deeply allowing your breath to reach to your scalp and beyond.
Really taking that inhale and as you exhale release and let go.
Allow your whole body to relax on the exhale.
Breathing in slowly and breathing out slowly.
Breathing in slowly and breathing out slowly.
And just listen to the sound of your breath.
In and out.
Breathing in and breathing out.
And as you continue to breathe in and out slowly allow your body to relax.
Allow your body to let go to let go of any tension,
Any stress,
Any responsibilities.
Just release it on the exhale.
Breathing in and breathing out.
Breathing in and out slowly,
Calmly and feeling that connection to the breath.
And right now I'd like you to allow yourself to breathe at a normal pace.
Still allowing the breath to relax you.
Staying focused on each breath that you take.
In and out at your normal pace.
And now taking your focus to the crown of your head and feeling the tension release from the crown of your head around your forehead and down to your eyes.
Let go of all tension with each breath as you feel the release and the relaxation around this area.
Feel the release of tension from your jawline,
Your cheekbones,
Down to your ears,
Your neck and your shoulders.
Just feel this entire area relax.
The front of your face and the back of your head.
All the tension released right down to your shoulders.
Just breathe and release.
Breathe and release.
Feel the tension release from your arms down to your elbows,
Your wrists and out through your fingertips.
Just relax your hands and let the tension go.
Let everything go and just feel your arms getting heavy and relaxed.
Feel the release within the chest area down to your abdominals.
Releasing any tension internally and externally.
Breathe and release.
Breathe and release.
Now taking your attention to your pelvic area down to your thighs and release any tension and let go.
Feel your thighs feeling heavy and just let go.
Breathe and release.
Breathe and release.
Feel the tension release from your legs,
Your calf muscles down to your ankles as well as your knee joints.
Releasing any tension.
Just feel your entire lower body relax.
Relax,
Relax and feel the tension release from out the soles of your feet.
Releasing any tension in the entire body and the scalp down to your chest,
Abdominals,
Legs and feet all the way down.
Just feel that energy,
That heavy energy release.
The energy from the holidays,
The energy from work,
The energy from the daily activities.
Just let it all go right now.
Let it go.
Clear the body,
Mind and spirit of all tension,
All heaviness,
All negative energy.
Just let it go.
Let it be released from the body and allow your breath to clear it all away as you inhale and exhale at your own pace.
Enjoy that calmness and surrender the busyness.
Releasing.
Give yourself permission to release any negative energy that you may have taken on over this time.
Allow it to leave your body.
Let it go.
Just let it go.
It doesn't serve you.
We want to release anything that can block us,
Anything that stops you from moving forward,
From making those positive changes.
Give permission to yourself to let go of everything that no longer serves you.
And you might want to quietly say to yourself,
I surrender.
I let go.
I release.
Feel the release.
And as you release,
You may be feeling lighter and more relaxed.
Connect to that feeling as you push away everything that you no longer want to take on,
That no longer serves you.
Fears,
Anxieties,
Certain responsibilities,
Whatever it may be.
Surrender it.
I release.
I let go.
Just let it go.
Let it go.
Anything that comes to mind that you know doesn't serve you,
Release it.
See it disappear in front of you.
Maybe you see yourself pushing it away however you wish to do so.
However you can visualize it.
See yourself moving away from that negative energy block that you don't want to take on anymore.
Right now it's about starting with a clean slate.
It's about being where you need to be for you now and for your future.
It's about clearing the path and listening clearly to your inner self,
To your inner desire,
Your inner intention,
Having the space to do so,
So that you can have the clarity to take the steps to move forward.
So right now connect to your inner self,
Your soul,
Your inner higher being,
And allow your intention to come to the forefront of your mind.
This is your journey.
Your intention comes from the heart,
Comes from your inner self.
You know what that is.
Open your heart,
Open your soul to reveal to you what that is.
You know because you feel it in your heart.
You know because it's been there.
It's been hovering around for a while.
It's been there calmly waiting for you to focus on it.
Your intention is important to you.
Bring it to the forefront of your mind and allow yourself to connect to it.
See it clearly.
It may involve others in your family,
Friends,
Or it may involve other things.
It's not just one thing.
Allow your mind to expand on your true intentions.
Allow your heart,
Allow your soul to guide you.
Relationships with others,
Business,
Career,
Holidays,
Experiences,
Finance,
Health,
Well-being,
Mindset,
Whatever it may be.
Being more active,
Being more social,
Having quality time for yourself,
Spending more time in meditation and connecting to your true self.
Becoming more self-aware,
Becoming more confident,
Valuing who you are,
Loving yourself that bit more.
You know the intention.
Let it open up to you and embrace it.
Connect to it.
Feel it.
See it in your mind.
See yourself living that intention and allow your feelings to just be as you connect.
There's no right or wrong.
Just let your intentions and your soul guide you.
As I go quiet,
Just be one with your intention.
Focus on it.
See yourself living it.
Embrace it.
Become one with it.
This is your own inner journey.
Allow your heart and mind to expand.
Allow your heart to feel the joy of connecting to your intention.
How does it make you feel?
Connecting to it.
Feeling it.
Seeing it in your mind.
How does that feel?
Embrace it.
Your intention doesn't have to be big.
It can be just simple changes,
Simple additions that you want to make,
But that have always been in your heart,
Always been a part of you.
Your truth.
What you know to be your truth.
It's not a resolution that changes.
It's an inner journey,
An inner power,
An inner desire that your soul wants for you,
That your soul wants you to experience for the good.
Connect to it.
Feel it.
Now as you feel it,
I want you to connect to that inner strength,
That inner willpower.
Within you there is a power that is strong.
You have the will to make this intention real for you.
You see it clearly.
Whatever the intention is,
A big change,
A small change,
Maybe to laugh more,
Smile more,
Connect with more people,
Whatever it may be,
You have a will within you that can make it real for you,
That can make it a part of your life.
Right now,
Right now I want you to tap into that strength.
You can bring this intention forth.
You can make this a part of your everyday life.
From this moment,
Set the intention to make these intentions your reality.
Connect to that strength,
That power.
You can,
You will.
It means too much to you to let go.
Feel that strength.
Feel that willpower and say quietly to yourself,
I can,
I am making this a part of my life.
No longer pushing it to the back.
No longer wishing and not going for it,
However small or big that intention is.
I am making this a part of my life.
Declare that in your heart and feel that strength.
Feel that power.
Take that strength.
See those intentions and hold them in your heart,
In your soul and do not lose sight of them because they are a part of you.
This is your journey and you can make them your reality.
And with that intention,
I'd like you to come back to your breath and breathe in slowly and out slowly.

And know that the intention set today is real for you.
Take one more deep breath in and out.
Slowly becoming aware of your of your external surroundings.
And then when you're ready,
You can slowly open your eyes.
