Allow this meditation to be the time where you rid yourself of everything that causes stress and doubts.
And you connect to being centred,
Coming back to your true self,
Bringing the awareness inside the true source and the true foundation of who you are.

And just become one with your breath as you just allow your breathing patterns get back to normal.
And just let it flow in and out,
Observing your breath,
Becoming one with it and relaxing.
Going inwards.
Breathing in and out and letting all the thoughts pass you by and just being aware of your breath.

Release any thoughts and doubts from your mind.
Feel the energy of them releasing from your scalp,

And feel the tension release from the lower part of your body,

Just releasing everything and opening yourself up to total relaxation,
Total calm and total peace within.
The focus is not on being busy,
Not on responsibilities,
But just completely relaxing and letting go.

And now I want you to take your focus to the area between your eyes,
Just above on your forehead.
This is the area known as the third eye in chakra,
But also is the connection to your intuitive self.
When you connect to your intuitive power,
You are able to make decisions,
You are able to trust in yourself,
And you're able to understand situations more clearly.
You become aware of your needs,
You become aware of who you are in various situations.
So I want you to take your focus to your third eye,
To this intuitive area,
Keeping your eyes closed and gently lifting your eyes to focus on this area.
Or imagine a light shining in this area,
A bright light of calm,
A bright light of power,
A connection to self,
Yourself,
Your true self.
Feel that connection to this intuitive area.
It's an area that's often overlooked,
But yet so powerful and so helpful on your journey of life.
If you're faced with any decisions,
Any concerns,
Any doubts,
Worries,
Maybe you're on a journey and you're not sure which direction to take,
I want you to really focus your energy on this area and see the light shining bright and just be aware of it.
Stay focused on it.
Any thoughts come to your head,
Just let them pass by.
Just allow yourself to focus on the area,
Focus on that light and be open to guidance,
Be open to strengthening your intuition.

Right now you may have some questions that you need answers to.
Maybe you need some guidance.
If you find that you want to confirm some things for yourself and you want to be guided by your intuitive self,
And you want to make sure that you take intuitive action,
Which is the right action for you,
Bring your question to the surface by just allowing yourself quietly to yourself,
To just say the question.
And then take your focus back up to your third eye and release the question.
Again,
Be it the same question or another one.
There's anything that you need guidance on for yourself personally,
Or even guidance on what to say to another who's come to you for guidance.
Surrender that question and let it go.
And bring your focus back to your third eye.
Keep repeating this until you feel calm and know that you've completely surrendered the doubt,
The concern,
The question.
And you trust that no matter what,
The right answer for you or for another will be found.
Just surrender whatever it is and connect back to your third eye and become one with that connection.
You may see the light shining brighter in your mind.
You may feel something around your third eye.
You may feel nothing at all,
Whatever it may be.
Just keep your focus there and surrender all doubts.
