Amy Littlefield is a yoga teacher, leadership coach, and wellness events leader offering intentional experiences on Cape Cod and around the world. She began teaching yoga in 2008, inspired by the transformative power of a strong physical practice to calm her busy mind. Over the years, her offerings have evolved into full mind-body-breath experiences through her retreat company, In The Flow, which helps people reconnect to themselves, each other, and the natural world. Whether she’s leading a yoga class, coaching a client, or hosting a soulful retreat, Amy empowers others to tap into their strength, find their flow, and live with presence and purpose. Amy is an RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. She has completed extensive training in Hatha, Tantra, Vinyasa, and Power yoga, alongside certifications in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), chakra studies, and yoga teacher mentorship. She has taught and trained at retreats, festivals, and studios globally.
