Hello and welcome to this five minutes to greatness meditation.
This meditation is to have you start your day in a really powerful and strong way.
So take a few moments and allow your body to find a position where it is both comfortable and where you feel strong.
During this meditation we will tap into our strength so you may want to sit up and put your hands on your belly or your heart.
You may even want to stand up straight taking up lots of space,
Expanding your body,
Lengthening tall,
Feeling the strength of your legs.
Find a position that works for you and your eyes can be slightly open or closed.
Now take some deep breaths and notice your entire body.
Notice how strong and capable you are.
Breathe in through your nose and breathe out through your mouth.
Feel every inch of your body come alive and find a deep slow rhythm to your breath.
Allow all of your awareness to be on the steadiness of your breathing and give yourself permission to be fully present in this moment.
You are starting this new day from a place of empowerment.
You are grounded,
Steadfast,
And resilient.
You are capable of anything.
Clearing your mind we will go through four mantras.
Open your heart to these words repeating them in your head or aloud.

Take a big breath in and feel empowered by these words.
Feel how bold and brave you are and know there is an unlimited amount of potential moving through your body.
We will go through the mantras one more time.

Take a big deep breath in through your nose and then exhale out everything that's holding you back and slowly come into a full body stretch.
Expand your physical being.
Take up space.
Reach your arms.
Stretch your legs.
Feel your body move.
Feel that expansiveness and amplify your presence in this world.
As all of your muscles move,
You know your body and your mind is ready to carry you into this new day.
Remembering you have the ability to make it amazing.
