Take yourself on a journey inward to uncover where you are and how you want to move forward. This guided visualization meditation takes you on a path. Tuning into your senses and body sensations to see how you are feeling now and where you'd like to go while listening to your intuition and heart.

Transcript

Welcome.

This meditation is designed to take you on a journey inward,

Uncover your true desires,

And see a path forward.

To begin,

Find a comfortable quiet place and allow your body to relax.

Close your eyes and take some slow deep breaths.

Feel all the thoughts,

To-dos,

And past experiences melt away.

Welcome into your body and mind stillness.

Feel a clean slate and allow a fresh start.

Inhaling slowly and exhaling deeply,

You come into this moment and feel how nothing can hold you back.

As sensations arise or thoughts surface,

The breath can let them slip away.

A deep exhale becomes a deep release.

Feeling fully present,

Feeling completely relaxed,

The breath moves in and out of the body.

Now allow yourself to visualize a walk down a path.

You begin slowly,

Taking your time and noticing what's around you,

Paying attention to the colors,

The sights,

The sounds,

Even noting the temperature and how the air feels on your skin.

Your senses are fully aware and completely alive in this moment and you continue to walk down this path.

What is around you?

What is the climate,

The location?

What is the essence of this path?

Becoming curious.

How do you feel and where is this path leading you?

Continuing to stay with this vision,

Noticing everything that's around and after some time you come to a fork in the path.

You come to some choices and you pause and notice you can go left,

You can go right,

Or you can go straight.

These options are presented in front of you.

Notice what happens in your body when you come to this fork.

Pay attention to your breath and what differences do you see with these new paths?

What differences do you feel?

What is coming to mind at this junction in your journey?

And you know it is time to continue moving and so you choose the way to go.

Listening to what your gut and your intuition is telling you.

The feet and the legs taking those next steps.

Your body helping you choose.

Your gaze is looking in the direction that you take and you begin walking down your chosen path.

And as you walk you begin to explore this new direction.

Being very curious of what you see,

What you hear,

What you smell,

And what you feel.

Every detail is an experience to take in.

What is possible now on this new path?

Is it a continuation of your journey or is the landscape changing?

And you know you always have the choice to turn around and go a different way or you can choose to keep going.

You alone have the power to decide.

So what does your body tell you to do?

And what comes to mind when you are offered these choices?

What do you feel in your heart?

Stay with your breath and in this moment.

Continuing to walk in your chosen direction and allow yourself to be fully immersed in this experience.

On your own path,

Your own walk.

And after some time you know this journey is coming to an end as you arrive in a clearing.

You can see in all directions and the view is different from anything you've seen before.

Give yourself time to take it all in.

What does this clearing look like?

This ending on your walk.

And how did you get here?

Reflecting,

You know how the landscape and the surroundings have shifted on your paths.

And you acknowledge these shifts in your mind and your body.

And taking time to ask yourself,

Where do you go from here?

Thinking back.

Now moving forward.

Where do you go from here?

And slowly easing your way out of this experience.

Taking some full body breaths.

Give yourself the time and space to feel.

And as you are ready,

Bring your awareness and presence back into the room.

Taking a deep breath.

Opening your eyes.

Moving gently.

And thanking yourself for going on this journey.
