Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale out of your mouth.

Allow yourself to enter this space and bring your focus into this abundance meditation.

When we allow ourselves to feel worthy of greatness and get clear on the type of abundance that we're craving,

Beautiful things can happen.

So sitting or laying comfortably,

Allow your body to relax.

Allow your breath to deepen and allow your mind and your heart to open.

Breathing slow,

Deep breaths,

Having all of your focus coming into this moment.

Letting that love,

That beautiful energy flow through your body.

Knowing that greatness surrounds you and is inside you.

As you begin to settle a little bit deeper into the right now,

I ask that you bring to mind something that you're craving.

Bring to mind a way that you'd like to create more abundance in your own life.

And having this be true and intentional,

Something that you're longing for and something that would light you up.

Holding it in your mind,

Holding it in your heart.

Breathing slowly and deeply,

Knowing exactly what it is,

Exactly the type of abundance that you'd like to create.

And notice how it feels when you begin to imagine that abundance coming into your life.

Let yourself see that abundance happening.

Let yourself feel held by the universe,

Knowing the universe can help you create this abundance.

If the mind begins to wander or the thoughts turn away from the abundance,

Just bring yourself back with a deep breath.

Feel that openness and lightness through your heart,

Through your mind,

Through your body.

Come back to the area where you would like to be abundant.

And we'll repeat four affirmations together,

Four mantras to help you call in this abundance.

So you can repeat after me either silently in your head or even saying them out loud.

I am open.

I am supported.

I am worthy.

I am abundant.

I am open.

I am supported.

I am worthy.

I am abundant.

I am open.

I am supported.

I am worthy.

I am abundant.

Feel those words flow through your body.

Feel that energy resonate in your heart.

Coming back to your breath,

Returning to the thought of where you would like to call abundance into your life,

Allowing yourself to feel open,

To feel supported,

Knowing that you are worthy and knowing that you can have a life of abundance.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose,

Exhale it out of your mouth,

Feeling all of that beautiful energy flow through you,

Flow from the universe,

Holding this beautiful idea of abundance in your heart.
