Winter: Understanding
Today, create a stable foundation with learning the 8-qualities of diaphragmatic breath and practicing a 3 minute centering technique. There will be a brief talk sharing a reminder (or revelation) about meditation! Learn how to sit in a chair, so that you can remain comfortable and alert, and we'll close with a 4 minute meditation. There is optional homework for creating stability!

Spring: Inspiration
Today, try a fun and quick practice showing how posture affects your ability to breathe. You'll receive ideas that will help to inspire you to simply sit for meditation, and a 5 minute meditation will leave you feeling inspired. Optional homework offered, for creating enthusiasm and energy!
Lição 3
Summer: Integration
Gather a few cushions and blankets, and be guided into 2 seated positions on the floor; decide which is the most comfortable for your practice today. Then, combining stability and inspiration, experience stillness and silence in a 7 minute meditation, with 2 journal prompts at the end. Optional homework offered, for staying immersed in the practice!

Fall: Wisdom
Apply what you've been learning, without hesitation, and wisdom emerges! Set up in your seat of choice, and try a very calming, 2 minute technique.
The magic of meditation is not only in the clarity and freedom you feel when you sit, but also the even-ness you experience in your day, and how you react to change; with this in mind, you'll receive a helpful prompt that encourages reflection and humility.
In this final 7 minute meditation, you'll experience inner stillness and silence, and you'll leave with additional ideas to help support your practice.
