In this 2-day course, you'll learn: how to stand in alignment for maximum comfort & with minimal effort; general anatomy of the calves and feet; what causes cramping, plantar fasciitis, and bunions; how the calves play a role in foot pain; how to strengthen your arches; and ultimately, that the body works harder when it's out of alignment. Through massage and movement techniques, expect to decrease inflammation and pressure, while increasing circulation and comfort. This course offers invaluable information on how to age gracefully in your feet.


Meet your Teacher

Melissa devotes her time and study to help people feel comfortable in their bodies. She has spent years, stretching and strengthening her feet to avoid injury, and from her Insight Timer live events, has learned that the topic of Feet is extremely popular. Donations from these classes has afforded Melissa a specific 'Feet training,' which she has implemented into her practice, and allowed her to create this simple, yet jam-packed course!

Today focuses on the anatomy, and causes of plantar fasciitis, and bunions. Practice massaging the arches and plantar fascia, then strengthen and stretch the feet and calves. Ultimately, you'll learn how to prevent these foot concerns, and find relief.
