A short, soothing practice, inspired by nature. A circle of healing is the center of this meditation, offering a soft focus on where you're needing additional care. You will feel supported, capable, and full of kindness, as you progress on your path to healing.

Transcript

Welcome,

Please come into a comfortable seated position with your spine tall.

And once you are in that position,

Take in your body,

Feel your body and the space that you take up.

And in that space,

Begin to draw a circle all the way around your body with an element or a natural item of your choice,

Could be water,

Moonlight,

A meadow of wildflowers,

Whatever comes to you,

See that item drawing a circle around yourself,

Your healing circle.

Feel this item,

Its energy and the healing properties that it offers you.

And now begin to watch your breath,

Feeling your breath move upward on inhale and downward on exhale.

And with that movement,

Come to see or sense a paintbrush,

Moving up on inhale,

Revealing a certain color,

Moving down on exhale that same color.

Continue to watch this movement of the paintbrush,

Seeing the color that's revealed,

Its texture,

Width,

And any other qualities that are revealed to you.

Follow this movement for one more minute.

And then release the paint and its brush and simply follow your breath.

Feeling your breath,

Inhaling and exhaling to about a count of four.

Feeling comfort with your smooth and quiet breath.

And return awareness to the healing circle that surrounds you.

Begin to feel it radiating in toward a specific place in your body that needs additional care and healing.

Feel it filling you up with those healing properties.

And then also begin to rub your hands together,

Creating your own heat.

And then placing your hands on that same spot on your body.

The heat from your hands meeting the healing properties of that healing circle.

And offer yourself a prayer or an intention for this space.

And bow your head slightly,

Bowing to your higher self and the light that guides your way.
