We can be reliant on outside forces for the answers that we seek because we have mistaken our inner critics for our inner guidance and so we do not feel connected with ourselves. Our inner critics are not the source of our internal guidance; this is found beyond the voice of the inner critic.

We all have an inner lighthouse that can guide us at all times. It knows us intimately and it is loving, kind and compassionate. it is not there for a special few, it exists for us all to access and in the final lesson we learn how to begin to practice hearing it in our everyday lives.
