We emphasize the importance of compassion, which is essential in finding and enhancing healthy, loving relationships. Wishing good things for others will allow you to find and receive good things for yourself.

How To Seek A Loving Relationship
In this lesson, we discuss what to look for in a loving relationship. In order to find or enhance a loving relationship, you must have or create trust, freedom, and safety with the person. We also note that suffering exists in every type of relationship, and this suffering is not always a negative. Sometimes, suffering can act as a tool that allows for us to see our "blind spots" and improve ourselves and our relationships with others.

The Importance Of Feeling "Whole" On Your Own, What To Look For In A Partner, And When To Leave A Relationship
In this lesson, we realize that happiness comes from the self. In order to find a happy and loving relationship, we must first be able to be happy on our own, rather than relying on a partner for happiness. Relationships should enhance our lives, selves, and happiness, rather than being the sole source of happiness. We also talk about what to look for in a partner and when to leave a relationship that is not serving you.

In this lesson, we discover what is essential in starting, finding, or improving an already-existing relationship. We realize that nothing happens by chance, and that you can meet the love of your life at any point in your lifetime. We learn the importance of honesty, love, respect, strength, acceptance, and forgiveness, in order to create a happy and loving relationship.

In this lesson, we look at the next steps to finding a loving relationship. We encourage you to be honest with yourself to realize what you truly want. We reflect upon what you want in a partner and relationship, and what will make you authentically happy. What strengthens your natural light to be brighter? What kind of person will make your inner light stronger rather than dimming it?

Step Three: Having Compassion Toward The Past
In this lesson, we will talk about how to have compassion toward the past. In order to create a healthier present, we must make peace with the past. It is important to clear away old energy, relationships, and feelings that will not serve us or our relationships. We also discuss the difference between passion and love, advice for going on dates, and the arguments as an opportunity to better understand your partner.

Meditation For Releasing The Ego
In this meditation, we will learn to allow and accept love. We will set intentions to accept all beings as they are, practice gratitude, let go of expectations, feel freedom, be our authentic selves, and feel safe. All of these components are important in learning how to have a healthy relationship with the self and with a romantic partner.
